End-of-Life Policy

This topic describes the end-of-life policy for CyberArk products.

To better align CyberArk's transformation to an Identity Security platform, we are updating our product names in the first quarter of 2021. For a full list of product names, see CyberArk Identity Security Platform.

Overview

As part of any technology products’ lifecycle, products will eventually reach their natural end of life, mainly due to adoption of new and better technologies, changes in the marketplace, or outdated code and technology. CyberArk is committed to ensuring a seamless and transparent end of life process to set the appropriate expectations of both our customers and partners.

This policy outlines CyberArk’s development and support guidelines for each product version’s lifecycle. The objective of this policy is to assist our customers in making informed purchase, support and upgrade decisions.

This policy applies to all CyberArk’s on-premises products as well as to CyberArk’s locally-installed software agents and connectors that interact with CyberArk’s SaaS products.

CyberArk’s support and maintenance services are provided according to CyberArk’s standard terms and are subject to payment of applicable fees.
