5240 Upgrade shelves and CRUs will remain available 18-24 months after End of Sale date of 5240
*Appliance Models must have both an active support contract for the appliance as well as an active support contract for a SUPPORTED software version in order to receive full technical support. Appliances with active support contracts with EOSL software may receive limited hardware support (best effort diagnosis, field service hardware replacement/repair) only.
