The most efficient way to contact Customer Support is through MyFirst Support. With a MyFirst Support account, you can open and track support cases from start to finish. If you experience difficulties with MyFirst Support, you can contact our Call Center by phone. The regional numbers can be found on the CONTACT US page. However, obtaining service is faster and easier when you open a case through MyFirst Support. To do this, just click the Create Case link on the top toolbar.
No, you must register as an authorized member of your organization before opening a support case. We recommend signing up for a MyFirst Support account as soon as possible so that you will already be authorized. Contact our call center on the CONTACT US page.
To create an account on MyFirst Support, click this Register link, or contact your First Cambodia's service Sales Representative or Call Center. If someone else in your organization has already registered on MyFirst Support, contact them to create a user login for you.
